Seeing your doctor especially your cardiologist might be stressful at times. Our goal is to make your visit as convenient and hassle free as possible. Our staff will try and reach you to remind you of your appointment one day in advance. Please make sure to cancel / reschedule your appointment in advance if you know that you will not be able to make it. Due to the nature of Nuclear stress testing pharmaceuticals any nuclear pharmaceutical ordered for testing will go unused if you do not cancel the appointment time in advance. Hence we charge for the dose if we did not get sufficient notice. You can download the forms from the forms section and fill it out in advance of your visit and this will save you time. Always bring your current medication list to very visit. If you are unable to make a list you can bring all your pill bottles.
